Xtro
Tony misses his dad. He left him 3 years ago during a trip out to their cottage in the country side - or at least that's what Tony's mom wants him to think. Tony knows the truth though, that a bright light came and separated him from his dad and took him away. Now, three years later, his dad Sam is back in his life out nowhere, and his mom Rachel and her boyfriend Joe have some questions. Namely, where has he been all this time and why did he leave in the first place?
Trailer Tuesdays: Xtro (1983)
Internal Bleeding is starting a new feature - Trailer Tuesdays, and what we'll be posting are either trailers from movies that we plan on reviewing soon, or movies that we've already reviewed. For the inaugural Trailer Tuesday feature, we're sharing the trailer for the UK Sci-Fi/Horror film from 1983, Xtro.

The Curse
Being a strict old man who can quote the bible on a whim can have it's advantages. You can get your wife and your family to do basically anything you want, for fear of your wrath. You can live like a king, and when you have something to do, you can tell everyone to shut the hell up, and they'll listen to you. While that might sound like a pretty sweet gig, it can also cause your wife to get fed up and fool around with the hairy dude that's putting in your well, and can cause a meteorite to fall from the sky and smash up your farm and give you The Curse. I'd say the cons outweigh the pros on this one...
Summer People
When vacationing in the backwoods, make sure you listen to the locals. Maybe they know about which greasy spoon has the best breakfast, where the best swimming hole is at, and that you shouldn't perform any rituals that might bring up ancient dangerous spirits. Unfortunately, newly dating couple Tom and Lisa, along with their friends Simone and Sam didn't take that advice and decided to test out their knowledge of witchcraft in the wrong town.
