We’ve been slacking

Hey Everyone,

If you’re a regular visitor, you may have noticed that we haven’t had any new posts since we finished our theme weeks of July with our review of Diary of the Dead.  Well, there’s a reason for that.  No, we weren’t attacked by (yet) but we’re gearing up for our first ever INTERNALBLEEDING.NET !  We don’t want to reveal the prize just yet, but we’re pretty sure that it’s something that you and zombie fans will find pretty cool.  We’re mustering up all of our ability so that we can formally announce it in the next few days.  Our best writers are working on putting something together that will look a little bit better than a 5th grade book report (a 6th grade book report should look better, right?)

In the meantime, we’re going to get back to our regularly scheduled program of reviews, but keep watching this space for the formal announcement.

Thanks for staying with us!

Welcome our Newest Writer, and read about some upcoming site events!

As you, loyal reader(s), may have noticed, there’s a new name in the “Published by” heading above some of our articles. We want to extend a warm welcome to our newest writer, Monkeyface. You may have already seen his latest work, but if not, I encourage you to read his review of Troma’s “Ferocious Female Freedom Fighters“. I’ve known him for a while, and I trust he’s gonna do a great job. I look forward to seeing a lot more of his posts, and hopefully you will too.

That now brings us to 3 full time writers – BerserkerXL, Monkeyface, and myself, along with our part time writer Jenny who hasn’t picked a nickname for herself… yet. Maybe you can all comment to this and tell us what her nickname should be? That might be fun.

I also want to take this time to let you all know that in the upcoming month of July, we’re going to be doing some themed review weeks. We haven’t totally decided what those themes should be, but we know the last theme week will be a zombie movie week. It will all culminate around early August with our very first . We’re really pretty excited about this so we don’t want to tip our hands as to what the prize is just yet, all we can say is that you’ll just have to wait and see, but we promise it’s pretty cool. I’m personally really jazzed about it, so stick around to see what it is.

Thanks readers!

The Last Stand and The Last Stand 2

last stand The Last Stand and The Last Stand 2

We take a break from our regularly scheduled programming of reviews to bring you some about an awesome webgame. The Last Stand and The Last Stand 2 are two from Armor Games where you take the role of a zombie apocalypse survivor trying to survive 40 days in the wild.

The Last Stand keeps you behind a makeshift barricade fighting off a thrall of ever marching during the night, and during the day, you’re scavenging for survivors or weapons to help you keep the plague back.

The newly released The Last Stand 2 has you doing all of those things, but also has you moving from barricade to barricade in the span of 40 days to make your way to Union City for an escape. While graphically similar, each game is fun, tense, and action packed with . They’re a must play for any game fan and especially any zombie fan!
