Eye of the Tiger

That's the first verse of the epic song "Eye of the Tiger" by the band Survivor. While that's the theme song of this Gary Busey movie, that's about the only thing that the song has to do with this movie, and the only reason I can tell that they're even associated with each other is because both Survivor and this movie Eye of the Tiger were Scotti Brothers productions.
Surf Nazis Must Die
After the great quake, the California beaches are a crazy place. Gangs are scrambling to draw up territorial lines for new turf. The Surf Nazis are the toughest of the gangs, and they're snatching purses from old ladies, and beating up random dudes who try to stop those petty crimes. At one point they try to unite the gangs "Warriors" style, but they can't reach an agreement, so it's back to terrorizing the beaches along with it's tourists. This time however, they beat up and killed the wrong dude, and now they have Eleanor Washington to deal with, and those Surf Nazis Must Die!
The Exterminator
After surviving grisly mission in Vietnam, where one of their fellow Army Rangers was beheaded with a machete, John Eastland (Robert Ginty) and Michael Jefferson (Steve James) return to New York to work on a loading dock, moving sides of beef and produce for a grocery store. One day, during a normal work day, John takes a load to a isolated storage unit to find a local gang, the Ghetto Ghouls ransacking it. When he tries to get them to put back the stuff that they're stealing, he gets held up at knifepoint and Michael comes to the rescue. Little do the know how this chance encounter will change their lives forever.

You can probably gather with those words, that this Slaughter guy is probably a pretty hard ass dude. If you didn't guess that, it's too late because he's probably already either punched you through a wall, or tackled you from a second story into a pool. That's because Slaughter don't mess around, and he doesn't appreciate it when you blow up his daddy's car, killing him in the process.
