Snake Eater
Jack "Soldier" Kelly (Lorenzo Lamas) was a member of an elite marine special forces unit known as the "Snake Eaters". He was highly decorated soldier, but he was ultimately dismissed from his position because he had trouble following orders. So, what does an ex-marine do when he can't follow orders? He becomes a cop of course!
The Aftermath
Three Astronauts return from space to find that the life they left behind doesn't exist anymore. When only two survive the emergency landing on the coastline "near Los Angeles", they discover that the world is an extremely different place then the one they left. Roving gangs are killing men, and taking women and children as hostages. The city itself is a burnt out husk of what it once was, and the two spacemen - Newman and Matthews - have to make their place in the world.
Black Christmas
Merry Christmas everyone from your friends at Internal Bleeding! I'm not really sure what's so bad about a Black Christmas, I have one every year. Well my last name is Black, so maybe that explains it?!? My guess would be that a lot of strange things happen, and we are scared out of our seats. Anywho... lets take a look back at the 1974 Christmas tale which launched a remake a couple years back that went highly unnoticed. The original stars such names as Margot Kidder and John Saxon. It was director by Bob Clark who went on to direct Porky's, a movie at the complete opposite end of the spectrum from this one.
Drive In Massacre
Back in the day, drive in theaters were a big deal. Hell, most of the movies we review here could and probably did play at drive ins around the country. I'm sure a lot of tomfoolery happened in those days at the drive in, but I don't know about how many murders happened. I could see someone committing suicide perhaps, especially if they showed any Godfrey Ho movies, but murders? Let alone, a Drive in Massacre!?
