Fright Night

Fright Night Fright NightCharley Brewster is a normal red blooded American male with a healthy fascination with movies.  When he isn't trying to get into his girlfriend's pants, he's watching the local late night show "Fright Night", hosted by the famous vampire hunter Peter Vincent.  One of those late nights, he notices something weird happening next door.  His new neighbors are moving their stuff in... but this isn't normal stuff.  Amongst the crates and boxes is a coffin, and it goes straight into the basement.  Suspecting something is up, he keeps a closer eye on the situation.  When a girl he sees going into the house and later through a window being seduced by the neighbor, Jerry (Chris Sarandon), ends up a victim of murder on the 11 o'clock news, he starts to realize that his new next door neighbor might be a vampire.

976-EVIL

976 Evil 2 976 EVIL
My fondest memory of 900 and 976 numbers was when I was about 10 years old.  I was huge into video games, and when I heard a commercial on TV for "action arcade", I knew I had to put a few quarters into that machine.  I ended up calling it about 8 times in a couple days before I realized that there were only 3 different outcomes no matter how many times I called.  I didn't think anything of it, but about a week or two later my mom asked me if I had been calling any phone numbers that I shouldn't have.  The phone bill ended up being $20 more than usual, and I was up shit's creek with a turd for a paddle.  A few years later, turned the 976 number on it's ear with his directorial debut  "976-EVIL"
