Trailer Tuesdays: Equalizer 2000
This week for Trailer Tuesday, we bring you the trailer for the epic 80's action film EQUALIZER 2000!
Equalizer 2000 tells the story of a post apocalyptic world where oil and water are scarce. Every day is a fight for survival, and rival factions fight over a dusty desert wasteland. Richard Norton is a man without a faction caught in the middle. Luckily for him, the old adage rings true: "He who carries the biggest stick laughs last at the biting gifthorse in the mouth"... or something like that.
Luckily none of that will probably make sense even after you read our review of war, an oil and water crisis, post apocalyptic fashion, and Equalizer 2000!
Trailer Tuesdays: Flesheater (aka Zombie Nosh)
For this week's Trailer Tuesday, we bring you the 1988 zombie film Flesheater!
What you see in this trailer is truly what you get, as it runs through most of the movie from start to finish. While it looks fairly cheesy and the acting is pretty bad, it's actually a really fun zombie film. Check out our review of Zombie Nosh for more info on this underrated zombie classic. It's definitely a great film to watch around Halloween. You'll show up for the zombies and the totally awesome costume party, but you'll stay for Night of the Living Dead's original zombie Bill Hinzman!
Trailer Tuesdays: Deadgirl
This week for Trailer Tuesday, we take a look at the 2008 film Deadgirl:
Since we recently were able to watch this film, I'm not going to give you the usual song and dance, but instead here's a short summary: Deadgirl tells the story of two high school friends who find the a girl in an abandoned mental institution that cannot die. What follows is a morality tale on right and wrong, and how love and friendship can get in the way of that.
Look soon for one of our dueling reviews on Deadgirl.
Trailer Tuesdays: Flight of the Living Dead
So it's October now, and you know what that means? Horror Month! So in the first Trailer Tuesday of horror month, we bring you the trailer for the unconventional horror movie "Flight of the Living Dead":
While we reviewed FLOTD (aka Plane Dead) back in April '08, it really doesn't get a lot of recognition. While it's a blatant rip off of Snakes of a Plane, it does have some pretty decent moments of it's own. Really, how can you go wrong with zombies in the close confines of an aircraft? I hope you're not claustrophobic, because it's like a giant flying aluminum coffin!
