Ninjas VS Zombies
Did you ever notice how zombies are like the bullies in the undead family? They are always terrorizing unarmed civilians or outnumber their foes 100 or even 1000 to 1. Unlike vampires, who battle it out with werewolves or take on hordes of people at a time, or demons and ghosts who haunt entire cities, the zombie picks on the frail, weak, and lame. So when I saw a movie called, Ninjas vs Zombies, I thought, damn finally they are picking on someone who can fight back, for me it was a must see to see how these bullies handle real resistance.
Fright Night
Charley Brewster is a normal red blooded American male with a healthy fascination with horror movies. When he isn't trying to get into his girlfriend's pants, he's watching the local late night horror show "Fright Night", hosted by the famous vampire hunter Peter Vincent. One of those late nights, he notices something weird happening next door. His new neighbors are moving their stuff in... but this isn't normal stuff. Amongst the crates and boxes is a coffin, and it goes straight into the basement. Suspecting something is up, he keeps a closer eye on the situation. When a girl he sees going into the house and later through a window being seduced by the neighbor, Jerry (Chris Sarandon), ends up a victim of murder on the 11 o'clock news, he starts to realize that his new next door neighbor might be a vampire.
Devil’s Den
Stop me if you’ve heard this, a few unsuspecting travelers come across a strip club in the middle of nowhere. The beer is flowin’ and the strippers are smokin’… but this ain’t no ordinary club; and by that I don’t mean all the girls are psychos! Ok, ok, it would be easy to sit back and compare this movie to probably my all-time favorite action/horror flick, From Dusk Til Dawn. But outside of what I mentioned a few other small things it’s quite different. I won’t say ‘better’ different, it’s just different.
Near Dark

It seems lately that vampires are all the rage. Moonlight, Twilight, Trueblood, Vampire Diaries, Blood Ties, Underworld or Cirque Du Freak, and the list goes on and on. It may surprise you to learn that vampires were actually invented before 2006. In fact, we've found a case of a vampire movie as far back as the 1987. I feel like a cinematic Indiana Jones here, making such an obscure theatrical discovery as a 20+ year old vampire movie, but hold onto your socks folks... In some kind of Internal Bleeding first, we bring you Near Dark.
